Papers and Presentation Guideline 


Oral Presentation

          All participants are cordially invited to submit papers on the said themes that highly focus on the empirical evidences of education reform. Full paper should be submitted by March 31, 2015. A panel of experts will select those papers to be presented at the forum. Relevance to the theme of the forum and recent studies and originality of the approach are among the major considerations in the selection.  Only accepted papers for presentation will be complied into the official proceeding. Please follow these guidelines for your oral presentation:

           1.  20 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes for Question and Answer will be provided for each oral presentation. 

           2. Three up to five presentations will be assigned into each session. The papers will be grouped by theme.

           3. LCD projector and computer will be provided. (If you use Mac, you need to make your own arrangement)

           4. Authors are preferred to prepare the hard copies of presentation for dissemination.


Poster Presentation

            We are welcome to accept your poster presentation.  Please fill up the registration form and select “Poster Presentation” option.  Please follow these guidelines for your poster presentation:

            1. Submit your full papers.

            2. Prepare a Poster(Size 80 x 100 cm) for presentation stating Title, Name of researcher(s), Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Objectives, Outcomes, and Conclusion.

            3. The posters will be grouped by theme. (The place to set up your poster will be informed later at the hotel.)

            4. The authors should get their posters ready at least 10 minutes before the session. Adhesive tapes or pins will be provided.

            5. At least one author is required to stay during the assigned session to interact with audiences.

            6. Authors are preferred to prepare hardcopies of presentation for dissemination.


Guidelines on Submission of Paper

             1. Full paper must include a title and names and affiliations of all authors. We also require a postal address, telephone number and e-mail address for at least one contact author.

             2. The abstract should not proceed 200 words.

             3. The paper should be between 5,000 and 9,000 words and should be submitted by March 31, 2015 (including references, notes, and tables). Biographical data should not exceed 100 words and should be written on a separate page. 

             4. The font must be Times New Roman. The title (only) must be in 14pt font, centered and in bold. The name and affiliations of all authors (including the details of the contact author) must be centered, but not in bold. The rest of the text must be in 12pt and justified in two columns.

              5. All submissions should conform to the requirements of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 5th edition. Use APA format as found in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA, for headings, citations, references).
